Zenbarn Farms and Vermont Patients Alliance are proud to be Vermont-owned and community-grown. What began as a community space in Waterbury for music, food, and connection has evolved into a leading force in Vermont’s cannabis scene. Zenbarn became a hub for activism and monthly cannabis meetups, helping to shape the path to legalization in our state. In 2022, we opened Waterbury’s first recreational dispensary—and in 2024, we brought Vermont Patients Alliance, the state’s original medical cannabis license, back into local hands. Together, we now operate a premier medical dispensary in Montpelier (VPA), a recreational dispensary in Waterbury (Zenbarn Farms), and continue to build community through live music and events at Zenbarn. Our cultivation facility combines the power of the sun with advanced lighting to grow premium craft cannabis. With 8,000 square feet of canopy, we’re big enough to be efficient and pass savings to our customers—yet small enough to deliver top-shelf quality every time.
